Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The receipt or order confirmation must be included with the return
- Gift packaging and tags must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Cosmetics and personal care items (if opened)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Custom or personalized products
- Food and beverages
- Perishable goods
- Opened software, music, and video media
Return Process
- Create a return request from My Account > My Orders
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging with the receipt
- Once the item is received and inspected (up to 14 business days), your return is approved
- The refund is issued to your original payment method (1-7 business days for credit cards)
Exchanges
For a size or color exchange, please create a return request first and then place a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
