Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The receipt or order confirmation must be included with the return
  • Gift packaging and tags must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cosmetics and personal care items (if opened)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Food and beverages
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened software, music, and video media

Return Process

  1. Create a return request from My Account > My Orders
  2. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging with the receipt
  3. Once the item is received and inspected (up to 14 business days), your return is approved
  4. The refund is issued to your original payment method (1-7 business days for credit cards)

Exchanges

For a size or color exchange, please create a return request first and then place a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
